Emergency first-aid at work

This practical, hands-on course is designed to give learners the knowledge and confidence to deal with a range of common workplace first aid emergencies. It is suitable for low-risk environments or for those nominated as workplace first aiders.

Learners leave feeling confident, capable and ready to respond in real-life situations.

The course covers essential life-saving skills including assessing an incident, CPR and AED use, choking, bleeding control, shock, and the treatment of minor injuries.

Training is delivered in line with current HSE guidance and can be tailored to reflect your specific workplace risks.

Certification Options
This course can be delivered as either:

  • Accredited Emergency First Aid at Work (Level 3) through a recognised awarding body, or

  • Non-accredited (in-house) training that meets HSE recommendations for workplace first aid provision

Both options provide high-quality, practical training — the most suitable option will depend on your organisation’s requirements.

First-aid at work

This comprehensive, hands-on course is designed for those who are required to act as a first aider in higher-risk workplaces or organisations with more complex needs.

It provides learners with the knowledge, practical skills and confidence to respond effectively to a wide range of medical emergencies. Learners leave feeling confident, capable and ready to take control of incidents in real-life situations.

The course covers a broad range of essential life-saving skills including assessing an incident, CPR and AED use, management of unconscious casualties, choking, bleeding control, shock, burns, fractures, and a variety of medical conditions such as heart attacks, strokes, asthma and seizures.

Training is delivered in line with current HSE guidance and can be tailored to reflect your specific workplace risks.

  • Accredited Emergency First Aid at Work (Level 3) through a recognised awarding body, or
