Our team of six recently attended a first aid course led by Mark, and we were thoroughly impressed with both the content and delivery of the training. From the very start, Mark created a welcoming and engaging environment that put everyone at ease — even those of us who were a bit nervous about the hands-on aspects.

Mark’s knowledge and professionalism were evident throughout the course. He explained each concept clearly, answered all our questions with patience, and used real-life examples that made the training relatable and memorable.
